1. Your agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bomdi (“Bomdi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Bomdi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Bomdi is a community for sharing, discovering, and discussing prompts and the outputs people produce with AI tools. Features may include public profiles, prompt posts, portfolios, media, comments, community chat, likes, follows, search, reporting, AI generation, generation credits, referrals, and advertising.
Some content is available only after sign-in. Access to one part of the service does not guarantee access to every feature or item of content.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the service. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.
You sign in through a supported identity provider and must keep that account secure. Provide accurate account information, claim only a handle you are entitled to use, and do not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you believe it has been compromised.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of prompt posts, comments, media, profile information, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and to allow Bomdi to use it as described here.
You grant Bomdi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Bomdi and to make that content available through the service. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Bomdi.
Published profiles, prompt previews, output media, and engagement counts may be publicly visible. Complete prompt text and discussion content may require sign-in. Removing content ends this license within a reasonable operational period, except where retention is required for backups, security, legal compliance, moderation records, or content others have independently reshared.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Bomdi to:
- break the law, facilitate illegal activity, or violate another person’s rights;
- post harassment, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, credible threats, or instructions likely to cause serious harm;
- publish private, confidential, or identifying information without permission;
- infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights;
- deceive, impersonate, defraud, spam, phish, or distribute malicious code;
- scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- automate accounts or manipulate likes, comments, follows, views, rankings, reports, ad impressions, or any other engagement signal; or
- encourage, reward, or perform invalid clicks or interactions with advertisements.
6. Prompts and AI output
Prompt posts and their stated results are supplied by users. Bomdi does not independently verify that a prompt will reproduce a displayed result, work with a particular model or version, remain available, or be accurate, safe, lawful, or fit for your purpose. AI systems can produce incorrect or harmful output. Review prompts and results before relying on or publishing them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
7. Credits, purchases, and referrals
Generation credits are a limited, non-transferable right to use eligible generation features. They are not money or property, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Models and workflows can use different credit amounts, and the current cost is shown before you generate.
Stripe processes purchases. The quantity, price, currency, and any bonus are shown before checkout. Purchased credits do not expire, but they remain subject to these Terms and access to the service. Except where applicable law or a stated purchase term requires otherwise, purchases are final. We may correct duplicate fulfillment and reverse credits after a refund, payment reversal, dispute, or fraud finding.
Referral rewards are available only when the displayed eligibility conditions are met, including a qualifying first purchase where required. Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, misleading promotion, spam, and manipulated purchases are prohibited. A reward may be denied or reversed if the qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, or found ineligible. We may change or end the referral program prospectively, subject to applicable law.
8. Moderation and reports
We may review, restrict, label, remove, restore, or preserve content and may limit or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, comply with law, or investigate abuse. We are not obligated to host any particular content or to take a specific action on every report. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports.
9. Advertising
Bomdi may display advertising supplied by third parties. Advertisers, not Bomdi, are responsible for their offers, products, claims, and destinations. Do not click advertisements to support Bomdi, generate revenue, test placement, or create artificial activity. We may use provider-supported consent, privacy-choice, and ad-block recovery tools where permitted by law.
10. Bomdi’s service and feedback
Except for User Content, Bomdi and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as provided. If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment.
11. Third-party services
Bomdi relies on third-party services, including identity, hosting, storage, AI, media, and advertising providers. Their services and links may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Bomdi is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
12. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel before it takes effect when required by law. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use Bomdi after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
You may stop using Bomdi at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bomdi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and the accuracy of User Content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bomdi and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Bomdi in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply only to the extent allowed where you live.
15. Your responsibility to Bomdi
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bomdi and its operators and affiliates from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
16. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Bomdi about the service unless another written agreement expressly applies.
