1. Information we collect
We collect account and profile information you provide; prompts, reference images, output media, comments, chat messages, reports, support requests, and other content you submit; interactions such as likes, follows, searches, and referral activity; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Authentication providers may give us an account identifier, email address, and basic profile metadata. We do not publish your authentication email by default.
We may process device, browser, approximate location, diagnostic, security, and usage information. We do not record copied prompt text or clipboard contents in product analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and public profiles, publish and rank eligible content, operate search and discussions, generate requested AI output, maintain credit and payment records, administer referrals, answer support requests, prevent abuse, investigate reports, secure the service, comply with law, communicate about the service, and understand whether features work reliably.
3. Public activity
Your claimed handle, profile information, eligible prompt posts and output media, follower and following information, and aggregate engagement may be public. Complete prompt text and comment activity may require authentication. Removed, private, or restricted information is not intentionally included in public previews.
4. AI generation, payments, and referrals
When you ask Bomdi to generate an output, we send the prompt and any reference file you chose to the selected AI provider and receive the resulting output and service status. Providers may process that material under their own terms and privacy commitments. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share with those providers.
Stripe processes credit purchases. Bomdi receives transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, and limited billing details needed to fulfill, reverse, reconcile, and support a purchase; Bomdi does not receive your complete payment-card number. Referral records may connect a submitted code, an eligible new account, and the status of a qualifying purchase so rewards can be issued or reversed accurately.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
Bomdi may use Google AdSense to display advertising on eligible public-preview pages. Google may process page context, cookies or similar storage, advertising identifiers, device information, and approximate location to select, limit, measure, and protect ads. Bomdi does not send prompt bodies, comment bodies, clipboard contents, account IDs, email addresses, handles, follows, or votes to Google as custom ad-targeting data.
Google Privacy & messaging provides consent and opt-out controls where applicable. Content remains available when consent is declined or an ad cannot be served.
6. Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, database and storage, authentication, AI generation, payments, analytics, application security, support, and advertising. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and for the services they provide to Bomdi.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security and moderation records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and preserve backups. Generation job and credit-ledger records may remain after an item is removed from private history so balances, refunds, disputes, and abuse controls remain accurate. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, scoped credentials, and other safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
8. Your choices
You can update supported profile information, remove content where the product permits, stop using the service, and use available advertising privacy controls. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that apply where you live. Submit a privacy request through the help center.
9. Children
Bomdi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information in violation of this policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes when required.
11. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the Bomdi help center.
