1. Respect for rights
Bomdi expects members to share prompts, output media, and other material they have the right to use. Our Community Guidelines prohibit infringement, false authorship, and removal of required attribution.
2. Before you report
Copyright protects original expression, not every idea, fact, method, style, title, or short phrase. Consider whether permission, a license, public-domain status, fair use, fair dealing, or another exception may apply. If you are unsure whether you own the relevant rights, consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a request.
3. Send a removal request
Submit the request through the help center with the title Copyright removal request. Include:
- your full name and reliable contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the request covers multiple works;
- the exact Bomdi URL for each item you want us to review;
- a clear explanation of why the use is not authorized;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Do not include passwords, government identifiers, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
4. What happens next
We may ask for missing information, restrict access while reviewing a request, remove material, restore it, or decline requests that are incomplete or do not establish a rights concern. Where appropriate, we may share the request with the member who posted the material so they can understand and respond to the claim.
We preserve only the records reasonably needed to review the request, protect the service, handle a response or appeal, and meet legal obligations.
5. Respond to a removal
If your content was removed because of a copyright request and you believe the removal was mistaken or the use was authorized, reply through the help center with the original Bomdi URL, the removal context, your contact information, and a clear explanation supported by any relevant permission or license. We may forward that response to the person who submitted the original request.
Formal counter-notice procedures can create legal consequences. Obtain legal advice if you are uncertain about the statements or consent required where you live.
6. Repeat infringement
Bomdi may limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights, taking the circumstances and reliability of the reports into account. We may also act against people who knowingly submit fraudulent or abusive requests.
7. Other concerns
Use the content report control for ordinary safety or conduct issues. Use the help center for trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other legal concerns, and identify the relevant right and exact Bomdi URL. For more information, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
